A friend has asked me to ask on PH for advice as his username contained an "@" in it and his account has become inaccessible..His name is Simon Bateman aka B@tman

Is there any particular person or dept to contact?

Hi Zig Happy New year to you as well mate.

You say the username is B@tman It's not! it's B@man, no T in it.

So that might be blocking his login if he's not using the correct username.

Get him to try again, if he still has a problem get him to drop me a mail and we'll get it sorted ASAP.
