Saw the trailer a few months ago; looks like good fun. I just hope this doesn't suffer from the same process as TC's The Division where early releases looked promising then release day came and it was a bit of a damp squib.

Didn't think that this all started in 2016...been a long time in the making!

Reviving an old topic but haven't seen this game before, both the gameplay and trailer look very good. Gameplay looks close to release TBH, anyone knows why they are releasing it like after 3 years?

From what I've read, it seems they had an original idea for a game (a zombie strategic survival type game) but couldn't make that idea stretch long enough or keep it interesting for the length of gameplay expected from an AAA title. From the trailers I've seen it looks like they've added in an open-world element to compensate for this; it's looking a bit like Far Cry but with zombies IMO - no bad thing.

Will wait a while before deciding to purchase though - see what some of the gameplay looks like in the hands of people not connected to the developers.

To be honest how long is running around gunning hordes of Zombies down running from one encounter to the next going to keep you interested,I got bored watching the video.
looks very nice but is going to need a decent story for it to not get very samey very quickly.
