Dear all,

On a 458 speciale intake there are three valves between left and right hand intake plenums... I guess they open at either idle or at high engine speeds to balance the intake pressures.... can anyone confirm,?

Obviously without seeing, hard to say.

but sometimes valves can open a plenum to enlarge it, divert flow paths to make them shorter or longer etc
