Finance for a holiday rental

Looking at buying a houseboat with a mooring, I will use my pension to buy the mooring (about £150,000) but I need to finance the boat have about £20,000 to put down but boat is between 100,000 to 110,000 it is rented out in the peak season for £1680 a week and off peak £900 a week and £1400 in warmer but not school holiday weeks
Does anyone know where I can get finance for this?
