G13 Coolant

For VAG car owners. Do you ever flush/change your coolant?
I called Audi for a coolant flush quote (£60) but they told me there's little point in doing this because the coolant is long life.

It's always worth changing.

You can get the G13 from euros also, doesn't have to be genuine as long as it is G13 rated.

I'd want to do it every couple years.
