I have requested some assistance several times on the phone and each time been told that someone would email me instructions, but they never have.

Does anyone know how to manipulate the call reporting wizard to give an itemised bill of who called what number and how much it cost? And/or if it is possible to have VMB put this info on the bill that is sent out? If they can do it for home phone numbers why so hard to get it for a business number, or am I missing something completely here..? confused

They can do this easily.

Speak to your account manager, if you can ever get hold of one, or log in to your account and play.

Also found this after a bit of google :-

"If you wish to receive a fully itemised list of calls made from your landline including zero rated/un-billed items, contact customer services and request a Data Subject Access Report."

maybe worth a try.

Thanks, I'll try the Data Subject Access Report technique.

I asked for itemised billing and was told I have it (I don't), and when I log into reporting under My Bill I am faced with all sorts of options for data, none of which seems to arrive at a fully itemised list of numbers with associated costs. I think I am as frustrated as those people in the forum posts you linked. If it wasn't for the fibre broadband I would have changed weeks ago over this.
