I've just removed the front indicators on my car prior to fitting clear lenses. It looked like an easy job before I started but in typical TVR fashion it wasn't! Now several Band-Aids later I need some touch-up paint.

I have got several addresses off the web but can anyone recommend a firm that they have actually used? I need an aerosol and a touch-up stick.

Advice will be appreciated.

Suggest you buy a lottery ticket then as your the only one I ever heard of that got a correct paint match from Halfords. Reknowned especially in the MG-Rover community for not being able to match colours.

I used this company to mix my paint for a full re spray, but then l had to reorder another tin to respray my bonnet again bloody stone chips, they re matched the paint very well, and all from the paint code very happy with service.

If you phone S&D they are most helpful with me turning the TVR paint code into original colour from car manufacturer, mine was Rolex blue .

its not like they are mixing it by hand. its all done by machine now days.
inner wing sprayed with their paint you can see where the masking tape was against the corner, pretty good match id say

Thanks for the link. This proved to be the only place I could find that recognized PA49B as being Ruby Mica Red..in fact it was actually listed on their menu. Too cold to try it yet so fingers crossed.

Halfrauds decided that this code number was Nissan Silver and another site said it was Renault Grey!
