Panasonic TX-P42U30E wont start / turn on

Hi, my tv wont start it came out of the blue it was not turned on or anything it was on standby and when i tryed to turn it on it went from green led blinking to none...
Now if i push the power buton on the tv the green led will blink a few times i can also hear the relays clicking than it goes off after just 1 second ...
i ordered a new power unit put it in and same behaviour... people say on forums it's the motherboard... any ideea if it's worth changing that aswell?
I don't have any warranty left on it ...
