540/570 sports exhaust retrofit

Hello all

Am considering a 540/570. There seem to be quite a lot of buult and ready to go cars availabkle, strtikes me that each dealer has acces sto two or tghree of each at present.

A good number I've heard of so far don't have the s/exhaust fitted.

A friend of mine has recently taken delivery of a 570 without the exhaust and to my ears it sounds like it needs one.

One salesman told me that it could be retrofitted for approx 4k. Now I'm wondering if this is the MSO exhaust which I understand is different from the factory s/exhaust.

Does any body have any information regarding the cost of the MSO exhaust and how it differs from the standard sports exhaust ?

There are 3 OEM exhausts - standard, sports and MSO. I've provisionally ordered the MSO exhaust on my 570GT and am waiting for MSO's quote which includes some other bits. This is the MSO piece, it's titanium with a gold coloured titanium nitride heat shield which will turn blue/purple when it heats up. It weighs 30% less than the normal one and was shown on the 570GT that MSO took to the Pebble Beach event last Summer.

Of course although it will no doubt be incredibly expensive!

Yep I''ll look probably at the larini but my preference would be for an oem
Endorsed one for warranty and insurance purposes . On my Aston I had Quicksilver but supplied and endorsed by AM.
