Emailed the Devon&Cornwall police recruitment people to send a recruitment pack... looks like im finally going in

Any advice on filling in the application forms? Are there any tricky things on there (I can probably just scrape past my name and address )

Also q for the BiB as well - would the police allow me to keep running my drug runninig... I mean... computer business running outside of hours?

Cheers

Take your time when answering the scenario questions. (can do it online with policecouldyou.co.uk so you can spell check etc)

Be honest in the answers you give.

And if you need any advice feel free to email me.

Just a quick hint when filling out the application pack....

Make sure you photocopy it first as the papers won't get through the paper sift if there are anything over six punctuation or spelling mistakes.

Not inferring you are lacking in spelling knowledge, but do a dry run first as it would be one heck of a shame to be binned on something so small at the first hurdle. It's what I did just to make sure.

Personally I think the papersift was the worst bit, from there on if you can talk to people you should be ok.

PS If the picture on your profile is a good likeness you should fit in fine.
