Shake Ya Booty!
Discussion
Hello, newbie here, virtual beers on me.
I have just purchased a Cayman 987.2 on a 2012 plate, 2.9 PDK with 20k on the clock. First impressions are very good, however it is the first Porsche I have owned so I don't have much to compare it too.
But I have noticed that when the car is sitting at idle there is small but noticeable shake from the rear. The engine sounds fine, the idle is very smooth but it just seems to give a little 'wiggle' every few seconds, it seems in time with the engine tick over. Is this normal?

Thanks for the input guys. My thoughts are just a bit of resonance, as generally the car seems ok, engine sounds and feels very good. I had planned to get an inspection done before I bought it but as usual for me, in my haste, I bought the first car I viewed, well second to be honest but from the same dealer. The car has 3 months 'end to end' warranty so my plan is to get the inspection done now and if it throws anything up then I will go back to the dealer.
Any recommendations for a good independent dealer in Essex? I've been looking at design911? I may post a separate thread for this.
