What gadgets to look out for?

Right i'm off to sunny South Carolina on Saturday.

The shopping list is reading like this at the moment:

A couple of Sandisk Ultra II 512Mb cards for my camera,
A couple of bottles of aftershave
Clothes.

What gadgets should I be looking out for? (Budget of say max £150). Are the iPOD shuffles any good?

How about a Sony PSP?

iPod Shuffles are okay if you just want random music, but there's no display to see what you're picking - the playlist has to be created on the computer before tranfering/synching!

Ipods shffles aren't "that much" cheaper by the time you add local sales taxes etc.

The 1 GB version is USD 149 (GBP80) instead of GBP 99 at retail. Add 7% local tax, and deduct my work discount the prices become GBP84 (US) versus GBP95 (UK). For £11 I would rather have a uk warranty/support in case of a problem.

Have you looked at svp.co.uk or ebuyer for memory cards? Ebuyer have free delivery on many of them at the moment so a 512MB SD card (don't know your specific type) can be yours for £25
