In the winter, if my hands get cold, my fingers almost go blue/green. A Friend said yesterday 'I've only seen hands that colour on dead people'! hehe It can take 10 mins to get any blood back into them.

Why are my fingers so susceptible to the cold?

Reynaud's syndrome? Do the fingers go white and numb before going blue? Then tingle painfully as the blood rushes back in?

I'll agree with the other two, Raynauds.

My missus has it, her hands are like ice blocks when she puts them on me to warm up!

She has to twirl her arms round to assist in getting blood to them.

She likes to wear socks for as long as possible in bed... there's a limit though!

Try and avoid exposure to extreme of temperatures, this can help to reduce severity of symptoms if you have Raynauds. So wear gloves as much as possible when outside in winter etc

I think I have it as well, any semblance of cold and 2 of my fingers go numb. Seemed to come on after commuting during cold weather without correct protection.

For me, it doesn't even need to be extreme cold, a change in temperature can be enough to trigger it. Happens to my toes too, and when it was really bad, to other ''extremities''. Can be very, very painful.
