Asetto Corsa car list - smaller on PS4?

I must say I wasn't particular impressed with the size of the car list on AC, however having looked online and found this database, it seems that there are more cars available on PC. Are the missing ones there on PC or are they user created content?

The one thing that annoys me though is how few "equivalent cars" there are - ie, having got the Maserati 250F it might be nice to have a Mercedes W196 to race against, or likewise with a C-Class ITC car to pit against the Alfa Romeo 155 Touring car.
