Trade Show lead capturing app for iOS

Can anyone recommend a good app for iOS to capture leads quickly and easily for use at trade shows?

Ideally we would like to be able to take a photo of business cards so that they are auto filed and add some notes against this entry.

Cheapest method would to simply take a photo and write notes by hand.

The next option is a card reading app of which there are many and write notes by hand.

Probably the best option is to hire a scanner and do the job properly?

Maybe use TurboScan for iOS - basically scan a card to PDF and email it to your designated email - with notes added to the email. Should be a pretty slick process really - and you'd have an inbox filled with scanned PDF's of every card you took.
