I suffer from an inflammatory illness, I'm always willing to try natural remidies to help me function.
I've had great results from taking a specific turmeric supplement twice a day.
I'm considering trying CBD oil as it comes quite highly recommended by an arthritis group I'm in on Facebook (mainly Americans).
I've done some basic research and as far as I am aware it's perfectly legal here in the U.K. given that it has (almost) no THC in it.
There's a multitude of online suppliers I've found. So if anyone on here has used it and is willing to recommend, can you let me know where you purchased it from?
Feel free to pm if you'd rather.

The best solution is to make your own hash oil. It's incredibly simple. Get a few plants going an hit youtube for more information. I have made my own in the past and it worked wonders for my costochondritis. Before I couldn't stand, I couldn't sit, I couldn't lie down but the hash oil changed that. Sadly these days I can't grow plants as I have a kiddo running round the house and a wife in my ear who just doesn't get the pain I'm in. I'm back on nasty chemical drugs from the pharmacy which barely work and do who knows what to my liver. The sooner the government realize cannabis isn't a drug it's a plant with medicinal ability the sooner less people will suffer.
Interested in this as I also suffer with an inflammatory / auto immune condition though not arthritis. I currently take Prednisolone (steroids) daily, I tried to come off them just prior to Christmas, got down to 1mg but the symptoms started to creep back so I went back up to 2mg. I would like to stop taking them and would be great to try any alternative that would work.
What is the turmeric supplement that you take if you don't mind me asking? I also can't grow dope at home for similar reasons to the other poster though I used to enjoy smoking it when I was younger

I think I'd rather have the arthritis than become an insufferable Vegan
That's the difficult bit really isn't it. I'm sure we'd all be so much more healthy if we just ate brown rice, vegetables, beans and lentils, problem is we're all quite accustomed to having "nice" food.I blame Jamie Oliver

Happy to help. I was told it needs to be that specific brand due to a certain enzyme required. What is the turmeric supplement that you take if you don't mind me asking? I also can't grow dope at home for similar reasons to the other poster though I used to enjoy smoking it when I was younger

Although it's more expensive than most other brands.
Also I've ordered it many times from that exact link and never been charged import duty, cannot understand why either!

If you're concerned about the legality of it, then be careful. CBD oil can have CBN and THC in it, both of which are controlled in the UK. Also, importing it yourself might land you in trouble. I've had great results from taking a specific turmeric supplement twice a day.

Do you mind telling me how many tablets you take per day?

After trying just about everything she is now on Charcoal tablets which have made a big difference to her IBS and also has helped the painful arthritis.
Could be worth investigating for yourself
