Hi ive recently had the turno changed on my ml320 v6 as the vanes were sticking and was sending car into limp mode. The limo issue has gone away but engine management light is still on with code 2089 check exhaust back pressure. Weve tried to clear it a few times and it keeps coming back on. Also the truck seems sluggish no where near what it was befor the turbo issues. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance

Faulty exhaust pressure sensor?

Had to replace one of mine when it was putting car into limp mode too.

Thats what i was thinking i had the inlet flaps removed 6months ago due to carbon build up then the turbo because the vanes were sticking maybe the carbon has a knock on effect. Am i right in thinking the sensor is near the turbo?

I think it's located somewhere after the turbo on the exhaust side.

I thought mine was an EGR problem due to the readings my cheap code reader was saying, but turned out to be an exhaust pressure sensor that the specialist was able to diagnose with his equipment.
