I'm close to lockdown on a Cayman 718. More or less settled on the standard headlights, but was wondering whether the more expensive options might make the lights easier to convert to driving on the right?
The info I could see referred to messing about with Allen keys or taking headlights out and flicking switches. If the more expensive one can be adjusted from a menu on the dashboard that might be worth paying for.
Anybody know?

I have the 981 but I imagine it's the same. My car has PDLS+ and for my recent trip to France all that was required was a couple of dabs on the options menu on the PCM screen. From the handbook this is the case for both PDLS and PDLS+. Almost worth the cost of the option for that alone if you drive on the continent regularly.

Hope that helps.

PDLS lights have the facility to switch from left to right hand drive in the on board computer menu.!it also reminds you on start up that the lights are set up for the "wrong" side of the road. PDLS lights are also have beams that move with steering angle, personally I believe PDLS is a worthwhile option.
