My 981 GTS does this, which is due to the tires and a phenomenon called the ackerman effect.

My 997 GTS also made a noise at low parking speeds when on full lock, got the geometry checked and it still did it but less so. Sounds like the tyre scrubbing across the surface and I believe it effects a lot of Porsche and is down to the Ackerman effect.

Tyre scurbbing certainly is a feature on 911s, but it may also be a sign of very minor wear on track rod ends or even strut top-mounts or bearings. The top mounts can be in a pretty poor state without exhibiting many symptoms, other than in extremes - i.e. full lock or very hard (track) braking.

My 991 did this until last week.
Then fitted winter tyres and now scrubbing/clunking has gone.
