Thinking of getting a 3.2 Cayenne (2006). Are these free from bore scoring issues? I cant find anything on the 3.2 but want to check before buying one?

Or should I find a Turbo which I don't believe suffer the same or what about a 3.0 (2009)?

No bore scoring issues with the 3.2. Its a derivative of the trusty old VW v6 engines and is supposed to be a reliable lump.

Yes as per comment above the 3.2 doesn't suffer from bore scoring. I bought one last year as my wife's first car, a great daily drive but don't expect "Porsche" performance.

After going through this I concluded that the issue with the v8's is probably overstated. I went up and down looking for a 3.2. The right V8 came up and I just went for it..it has 130k miles and is totally fine, a year later, no noises no excessive oil consumption. It is fast enough. Just. Pretty vocal too from stock. I saw a fair few S's for sale with 200k +.
I keep the oil at the max mark and do a little dance for the Porsche gods just in case..
