Need some advice regarding a finger fracture.
Had an avulsion injury with a chip fracture on my middle phalanx. I had it taped regularly (but not all the time) for the past week and today I've tried to curl my fingers as per advice from the doc but am alarmed at the lack of mobility in just a week.
I need my dexterity for work and happy to put up with a bit of pain to improve the mobility quicker however don't want to slow down/do long lasting damage by being overly keen.
How much longer should I be splinting it for if any?
