Looks dodgy - perhaps its an ad thats causing the popup or something?!

EDIT: could be to do with the image host, serving up the pictures in the thread(s) also.

dunno what it is but adblock and noscript are enabled and both usually warn of pop ups

I don't get the popup.

Rohl's post uses a Toyotaclub hosted image, my system blocks it but it's probably that it is behind a a passworded website.

this is the image he is trying to post - http://www.toyotaclub.hg.pl/celica_st185_cabrio-01...

clicking on it will want you to log in to the Toyota forum that hosts it.

As above, link to an external image which needs a login for authorisation.

Ps, It may have been an open website when it was originally posted and they have since gone behind a login to prevent hotlinking.

It's from rohrl's post on Tuesday 2nd June 2015 about the Celica Cabriolet, the first image is hosted at that toyotaclub website. They probably block images unless you're logged into their website.

Snaked, haha

Happens whenever his post is quoted too!

It's not dodgy. Someone has hotlinked an image from a website that is (now) requesting visitors to log in to access it. Looks suspicious, but isn't.

This is though (XSS)

I'd expect this to get fixed around the same time as HTTPS. frown
