Just done a major service on my 2012 E250 Cab. According to the Youtube clips I can find, I simply turn key to position 1, press and hold the answer telephone key on steering wheel, then at same time press the OK button on steering wheel. This is where my car does not match Youtube.

Youtube shows a screen where you simply scroll down to the ASSIST PLUS, whereas the only option I get is 'Reset Trip Meter'. Nothing other than that.

Anyone know how to do it? Or am I going to need a laptop with MB software?

Thanks

Anyone experienced this?

Do I need to ask Dealer to sort it?

Thanks

You need to make sure your mileage reading is showing by turning the key to the second position? If the mileage reading isn't showing it won't work.

Then you press the telephone button followed by the OK button and hold them both down for 3/4 secs until the hidden menu appears.

Scroll down to assyst plus and it will ask you which service has been carried out so you can reset ready for the next service.
