Track day SE suspension E90

Hi

Anyone done a track day with SE suspension (3 series) before.

If so how was it ?

Deliberating whether I need to upgrade my suspension or just go with the flow. I plan to get an oil change and brake fluid change before I go.

Why would non-standard suspension be prerequisite for participating in a trackday?

Only one way to find out. Won't be as sharp as an M Sport specced car I guess, but should be pretty fun anyway.
