I don't know what these wheels even look like but rarely use wheel cleaner. They tend to be very acidic and will reduce the finish shine over time. Buy some APC (a lime one) from any supermarket spray and leave for a minute then clean with sponge, mitt as usual.

Bilt Hamber wheel cleaner, non-acidic and works wonders with no scrubbing required.

I found the satin platinum finish the easiest finish to clean on any wheels I've had.
Never used anything other than bodywork shampoo.

ok thanks guys. in that case i'll start with the easy option - same shampoo as body - and work my way up if needed.

I just spray Muc-Off motorcycle & MTB cleaner on mine. They have a semi Matt finish anyway and this causes no problems?

+1 And i have satin platinum wheels, I always use the car shampoo and on all my previous wheels the last being black spyder wheels and never had a problem.
Don't know if true but an alloy wheel refurb person once told me only to ever use good car shampoo!

+2 My detailed advised me to avoid all wheel cleaners. Just wash using water with car shampoo, rinse well and occasionally apply car wax. Works fine.

Washed the M5 today and my hands didn't see a sponge, bucket or even get wet, total contactless clean using 2 Bilt Hamber products.

I just use Autoglym Bodywork Shampoo Conditioner. They are the easiest of any wheels I've had to clean. 2-3 minutes each approx.
