the only person on here with one (to my knowledge) is neil.b

however, this suggests MrKipling and Claire_scot have one as well.

Good - went for a day out through the channel tunnel today, all those empty autoroutes and unsuspecting French boy racers...

I see another mustang in my future, I suspect I'll keep the L and replace the BMW with a GT convertible...

cheers, Mike

I have one coming in a couple of weeks from Canada. It is at a specialist tuning shop (Sean Hyland Motorsport) have some engine and suspension tweeks done before I get it. Mine is a Mineral Grey GT.

Claire, congratulations. Are you paying a UK importer or doing this through your contacts in Canada/US?

I'm importing it myself. Went over to Canada to buy it last year. Saves a bit of money, than going through an importer.
I believe they have ported the cylinder heads, fitted new crank and pistons, and strengthened the engine for a supercharger. It has also been chipped, producing just under 400bhp now.
On the suspension side, it has been lowered. Adjustable suspension arms fitted (Steeda)and adjustable camber and bumpsteer.
They have also fitted a JBA exhaust and a Steeda Tri Ax short shifter.
Will get some pics up soon.

Claire,

Do you know anyone in the UK who is doing the kind of work Sean Hyland is doing?

400BHP in preparation for a supercharger? Nice, real nice....

Wonder how it will compare with your 400bhp ZT, sounds good tho. Looking forward to peering under your bonnet with a measuring tape, will the 3 valve engine fit an old Rover???
I keep getting up to glasgow and then never have time to pop along to Dreadnought to see you and Shuey's new toy, will try and get up for one of your track nights tho.

Autocraft SVE is also an agent for Sean Hyland Motorsport. They're based in Salisbury, tel 01722 411118, www.autocraftsve.co.uk. Apparently, they even had Sean Hyland over himself recently, tuning a Rover 75 with 400hp. I've no connection with them, by the way.
