Hi

In short - me and my Wife have had an absolutely nightmare with our new house.

Does anyone know or able to help with regards to any information on being able to hand the keys back to our house?

You honestly couldnt make up the issues we have had / having.

Any help would honestly be extremely appreciated .

Doesn't say it doesn't. But everything depends on the details. Did you have a local law firm acting for you or a bucket shop conveyancer?

Hi

I'm a volume house builder and would suggest you may struggle. Firstly what are the issues. Second are you under NHBC as they have a very good resolution service which tends to side more on the homeowner! Alternately are your issues unreasonable and not realistic of a hand build home. We are seeing more of this as people are used to factory built white goods.

That said there is a huge variance in quality out there and some of the majors are fairly shocking..

A relative recently bought a mid level price new build and informed me the neighbour had a list of over 150 issue and snags that needed sorted by the contractors.

So far I think on there house there are over 200.

Houses are just thrown up and bodged later these days.
