Why are Jaffa cakes now being sold in tubes with resealable lids?

Who stops eating them and puts the lid on?!? WTF!

Exactly, who in the history of the world has ever opened a packet and not eaten them all, on their own?

And...

Let's say one is suffering a bit of Mr Creosote and needs to leave 2 in the pack, or has little kids and gets admonished for eating all "their" stuff so you feel obliged to leave one each for your loved ones....who the hell can tell the difference between a freshly opened packet and one that's fallen down the back of the pantry shelf and not been found for a few months?

Mmmmmmmm, Jaffa cakes.

I prefer the black hole method, it all passes the event horizon in one, cookie monster style but without all the crumbs falling out of ones gob.

And like a black hole, it doesn't stop until they are all gone.

Eat all the chocolate first, then the orange, then the cake/biscuit bit.

Not as easy as it used to be as they apply less chocolate than they used to, so scraping the chocolate off in a couple of big lumps is way harder now.

I feel as if they are attempting to hamper my efforts.

I hold a record. 48 in 17 minutes.

Beat that skinny dweebs!

And...

It was such a great opportunity, there's 15, 3 extras, but they ruined it with the silly 'guilt trip packaging'
