I think the definition of cheap needs to be clarified when a brand new one is less.

confused How long would it take me to get one then? And if it took me X amount of time, how do you value that?

Because let's be honest, if I wanted one I could get one at list at within the most a few months (give or take the ability to travel), I could have got one out of the window in Barcelona in November for instance.

So if I can get a brand new one within the next say six months, why do I need to buy one at over list? Is there a Batman Rolex Party within the next few moths that I will gain entry to? If there is, is it worth paying over list for?

hehe It's the emperors new clothes yet again. I can't wait to pay over list for my new watch so I can show it off driving an old, leaky 911 that the previous owner paid two thirds less than I did for. On my way to pay thousands for some tulip bulbs.

If you add up the time I'd have spent doing just that and selling for the asking price of the one on this site it wouldn't cover my hourly rate. Lols indeed wink

I wouldn't pay over list for one. Just put your name down and wait. No rush. To be fair loads of non enthusiasts are buying them and trying to make a quick buck. No harm but I don't fall for that trap. In any case if you really want one at list you'll get it at list.

I agree with you there I've never paid over list on any Rolex I've bought,if you are tenacious enough you will find what you want,I think there are a lot of people that can't wait or aren't putting the effort in! LOL
