dab but no dab

My tuscan has a dab digital radio in it but it hardly ever will recive the signal, i dont have a ariel on the boot( dont know why ), does anyone know if this is the problem? thanx

mines the same, not a very good reception, the ariels were only fited on the tuscan s (IIRC). Plus mine came without the instructions so i dont know how to use it anyway.

I've got a Pioneer DAB radio in my Tuscan with an external boot mounted aerial. Reception is fantastic.

The only modification I've made is to add a large "T" shape in aluminium tape under the aerial so it's got a decent ground plane.

mine is a 2002 tuscan s , wonder why i dont have an arial?
