Chaps we have been offered a ecommerce logistics program with users already onboard, the writer is on board but we would handle sales and features / benefits and help people set it up and use it.

Users are mainly computer ignorant and set up is mainly telling it how to use the printer and setting parameters, so a programmer is not required.

What is this type of job called exactly and who should we be targeting to do it.

We are doing a 3 month trial to see if the developer and ourselves are both happy with the arrangement but for the actual chap to do the job I dont know where to look.

Cheers

Were looking for a graduate wanting to earn a bit before summer travels - this is a trial for us and the owner of the program so cant commit too much.
