I have had a dull ache in my right ball for a long time. It started 4-5 years ago. It almost feels as if someone is squeezing it albeit not over squishing it. It's not 24 hours but when it starts, it can last for an hour or 2 hours.
I check my self regularly for abnormalities, lumps and bumps etc.
I have a fairly healthy sex life. 3/4 nights per week with only one partner (my wife).
I have been to 2 different doctors about this on 4 ocassions. They have done the usual feeling for abnormalities and tested me for STDs and general infections but have been able to offer no explanation for what this pain could be.
Honestly, it gets me paranoid as feck a lot and I'm waiting for it to swell up like a ballon and a doctor to tell me I have cancer.
Has anyone else had an experience like this? Did anyone get a proper diagnosis?
I try to live with it but I'd really like to know what is actually wrong with me or even to be able to steer the doctors in the right direction.

Request an Ultrasound , takes 10 minutes, if you are concerned about cancer your doc should refer you (mine did a few years ago).
What will they look for in ultrasound? I had ultrasound due to a prostate problem before but I never realised they can do it on your balls. The reason I ask, I am no longer in U.K. An ultrasound will cost me 2 months salary. If I went for that, I'd like to go informed. Emanresu said:

They can inspect your nutcrackers for lumps, bumps, tumours etc. That sounds bloody expensive. I'd fly back to the UK if you have relatives lol

Hello, I suffer from this problem too. I have also had the full MOT with the GP plus an ultrasound at the hospital, understandably you tend to think the worst when your nuts are playing up. I posted a similar thread a few months ago, I even had a GP post on it suggesting UTI's etc, these definitely aren't the case with me or clearly yourself. My GP thinks (and I am inclined to agree) that stress is the root cause. Unsure if you have considered this or not. Unfortunately there isn't a pill to eliminate stress from your life!I check my self regularly for abnormalities, lumps and bumps etc.

I would get an ultrasound and take it from there
I had similiar, ultrasound showed nothing , pain went away, in total had it on and off for 10 months or so
Think it was down to new saddle on my bike/stress/hip flexors
I also had a course of antibiotics, as Dr felt the pipes from the ball were a bit inflamed, but nothing showed on ultrasound

I used to get nut ache if I wore jeans while doing loads of driving ,the seam on the jeans would sit on one of my nuts or put pressure on my tubes connecting it all up .
I went over to those combat style joggers for driving in and the only problem I have had in the 15 years since is an infection that gave me 3 instead of a pair and that was chuffin painful and scary as at first they thought I had a torsion which would of required surgery.
Why are we so sensitive about have our tackle handled outside of the "bedroom " ?
