Damage to rear quarter - Audi A1

Hi all,

I wondered if anybody can tell me if this dent could be punched out from behind? I'm guessing not!

Currently waiting on a quote from the servicing dealer, but admit that I may now avoid Audi (due to cost) now the car's nearly six years old.

Possible someone on a bike went into it.

It's hard to tell how sharp the crease is but I'd be hopeful of that being pushed out to good, if not perfect, effect.
