suspension bushes
Discussion
Has anyone had problems with suspension bushes failing.Mine where replaced with polyurethane last year on my griffith. On both sides of the car the upper wishbone bushes near to the back of the wheel arch look to have melted and fallen apart leaving the car undriveable!
I did track days all last year with no problems first track day last weekend and i came home early on the back of an AA truck!! Any ideas ?

that can happen .. I replace those bushes free of charge on any car it happens to, and fit a heat shield cover over them, its the exhaust manifold heat that does it.
I sell poly bushes as virtually fit and forget items, you should reasonably expect 30-40 k miles from them, when they fail prematurely like on your car I consider it good practice to replace them FOC.
go back to your dealer/indie who fitted them and ask them if they'll do the same.
