Valentine oysters, squid and salmon recipe ideas?
Discussion
Hi. We're doing a romantic night in and I volunteered to do the fish course. Have just been and got a dozen oysters (currently 25p each at Morrisons), a fresh squid and a chunk of Alaskan salmon because they all looked good. However I have don't have a clear recipe idea.
Given that the mrs doesn't like fresh oysters (not sure about cooked), my plan is to consume the oysters with a glass of crisp white beforehand to get me in the mood, then quickly pan fry the salmon with lots of butter and bread crumb the squid, over a green salad and some dressing, maybe teriyaki.
Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the many, many replies, it was much appreciated!
Decided to go with a pancetta, parmesan crust on the oysters, did the salmon as a ceviche and pan fried after a light cure of dill, salt and sugar and then breaded squid rings. All on a green salad and lemon dressing. Very delicious if a bit random.
