My neighbour recently constructed this shed with a large wood burner inside.

I wasn't too bothered but since they have finished it she appears to have moved two people into it and the wood burner smokes my whole house out...

I'd be giving a call to the authorities if people are living in the shed

Yeah I wouldn't be putting up with that if it's smoking out your house.

Google "beds in sheds" for an evening of reading with many examples where this is a problem, and who to report it to.

If there are beds in there it needs planning AFAIK.

Not sure about that. Neighbour across the road had a small single storey Extention to the rear of their house. They have installed a wood burner and their chimney is about the same height. Right pain in the arse, every time it's lit we have to close our windows due to prevailing winds and apparently there's nothing you can do about itfrown

Similar thing happened to me with a nearby workshop. Planning dept made them lift it above my roof hight. That chimney was much further away than this one.

I would have thought fencing off their own garden into two would give the game away?! biggrin

The other house is two private flats.

Hence the odd garden.

No, it's a wood/coal burner.

Good spot.

I find this incredible, and fascinating. Are there seriously two people living in that shed? I really want to know the layout inside...

Who is?

Is it the kids of the owners using as a half-term wendy house, is it a HMO and this is an additional 'bedroom', or have they rented it as a separate dwelling to an eastern European family of 12?

The owners must be pretty hard-faced - The chimney isn't exactly subtle.
