Can someone please confirm if this is true.
If I buy a vehicle privately and then find out issues on the V5 after the sale - eg cat C mark
then there are no comebacks to the seller since I should have checked.
If I buy a vehicle from a dealer or auction then I can go back since I probably would not have seen the V5 before buying.
