A couple of observations.

Uk address would appear to be a hotel

All phone numbers are mobile

Not sure but it very much looks like you`re paying shipping costs from the US - assuming car arrives

Vat can not be reclaimed by a legitimate user unless that end user is planning to hire the car out as part of their business.

For a company "collectively" in business since 1980 I`d have thought they would have got a landline and an address by now ! And as for exporting so as not to "de-stabilise" the US market what a load of Bo**ocks.
