Making a single birthday card - possible?

I'm trying to find somewhere where I can create a single birthday card using a specific photo that I have and put my own text on it.

I've tried photobox but you can only buy in packs of 10.

Tried Moonpig, but they don't seem to have the ability to upload and use your own photo.

Anyone know of a web site where I can do this?

Moonpig does let you do this.

It's pretty much their USP.

Buy an A4 sheet of card.
Fold it in half.
Stick your selected photo on it.
Take a Sharpie and write your message.

Ta-dah!

Both moonlig and funky pigeon both let you do this on selected designs

There is also funky pigeon. Failing that, greetings card editor on microsoft office.
