As you drive round do you notice/enjoy/hate any of the public art around?

From the biggies, like the Angel of the North, to the knitted cover for a bollard. The random to the epic. Tanks on roundabouts in Normandy, cows in Milton Keynes, what have you seen?

In Cambridge we have this stunning example of mediocrity: http://futurecity.co.uk/portfolio/the-marque/

It was the s106 payoff. It is on the first floor of one of the ugliest buildings in the city (http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-to-rent/property-45374768.html ), there is no indication of how the public can access this "public art", and in all the times I have been past it, I have never seen anyone up there.
