USe a separate email address for important stuff like banking. Don't give the address to anyone else. Then you can be fairly confident that you'll not get phished on it.

I can never understand why they are spelt like that, is it to get through spam filters or are the scammers really just that stupid ?

I've had a few of these recently but they've all be grammatically correct. Just delete them, they're just trying to get a list of active Email addresses. I'd love to find the shitwits that send these and set about them with a pick axe handle

Of course could not resist replying, commended him on his talents for not only being a thief but a comedian with his voodoo statement then went on to say that I work for my money and have a nice house, cars, wife, skiing, laying on the beach holidays etc and for him to look around and ask himself who is the idiot.

Anyone else ever set up mail rules to forward spam/phishing emails to the addresses they give you?

Mustn't take long to get fed up with a full inbox all the time.

If you do anything other than delete a spam mail it just proves to tehm that your address exists, so they send you even more.

Had two from Halifax, one from Lloyds and one from a bank I've never heard of last week.

How's about sending back details of Saddam Hussein, Johnny Piescott, the LivingStone, etc....?
