Ok, I think I have found my Cerb.......
Discussion
... its one I have already seen, and now agreed the price. Its very nice indeed, and I will give more details when I have been and left a deposit tomorrow.
The one thing I will be wanting to do, is replace the front and rear light clusters. Yes I know I have posted on this before, and Satman kindly pointed me to the FAQs, but that was for a moulded in version, which I am not going to fork out for at this stage.
So has anyone just upgraded the light pods to the Zenon jobby? It looks like a direct replacement part? How much do they cost to replace? Can you fit yourself? What about color coding, is that a take them in get them sprayed?

You can get the "4 smaller round" head lights in two types. Halogen and Zenon. The zenon are £264 plus vat each to replace so I'd go for the halogen (only takes a stone to put a hole in one).
May get the pod kit from www.tvrbodyshop.co.uk in Bristol.
PS Good luck with the new Cerbie!!
Edited: for bad spelling

Don't think so Gazza, its totally standard at this stage.
The hunt is over tho, bought it. Deposit down, just need to transfer the cash basically.
Its lovely, im like a little kid at the moment, all excited.
Couple of things I have noticed tho, I spent about an hour going over the car. There is a "rattle" towards the back of the exhaust, looking under the car, it looks like there is some sort of grill about 1.5ft back from the back box, and sounds like that was just vibrating a bit, is that common? Sort of sounded like a screw bouncing about IN the exhaust, but closer inspection looks like the grill thing.
Also, one of the pully wheels was squeaking a bit, at the front of the engine. BTW, it is a 4.5.
Brakes a bit squeaky.
Also, it has been sitting for a couple of months, but fired up fine, left it running for 15-20 mins and sat solid at about 87-88c on the temp gauge, not that that was ever that accurate on my Griff.
The car is very very clean, FTVRSH. Low'ish miles, and I exactly what I was looking for.
