Advice on an Audi TT 1.8 sport personal lease - Urgent!
Discussion
Hi all,
My first post on here...
I'm looking to lease a new Audi TT Roadster 1.8 sport. The price I've managed to get is for £308 per month with 6 months upfront (6+35), 3 years total, 9000miles pa, Metallic paint and Audi Sound system added options included in price.
Is this a good deal? Advised that the service plan is not needed as I'm likely to only need 2 services throughout the entire lease. This is purely an over the phone deal as the dealership is located 4 hours from me (200+) miles.
The salesman said he is holding a build slot and that I need to make a decision within the next 24 hours (not a fan of the pressure but hey ho it's much cheaper than local dealerships).
By the time the car is ready I would earn around £1470 per month after tax and pension contributions so it doesn't seem to be a huge chunk? Please let me know if you think differently!
I currently pay £245.57 monthly for a 1.2 VW polo on PCP (young guy buying his first new car and mistakes were clearly made!).
Also any advice on how many services it would need in the 3 year/27000mile period with rough pricing would be helpful.
Any advice would be hugely appreciated!

£12600 to borrow a TT for 3years 27000 miles. That's not far off 50% of its list price. As a guide to good deals on lease I don't think it's very good. I'm sure someone will come along in a minute to give more help. Try here though http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
Found this 1st one on the list in search https://www.contracthireandleasing.com/car-leasing... Keep searching, you'll find a better deal. Try other dealers. Ask to speak to fleet manager.

Why lease when it's so expensive? Seems like you'd be better off just getting a price from a broker and buying it with a bank loan, or even on PCP. You're basically just funding the depreciation with this lease so may as well have the chance to build up a bit of equity in the car and the flexibility to chop and change if you feel like it instead.
Leasing definitely has it's place if the deal is good, but this is pretty poor really.
It's your choice but does it have to be new? That monthly budget could get you into high spec two or three year old car with low mileage and you'd be much better off as you'd have equity in the car once you'd paid off the finance. A base spec new car just doesn't seem that attractive to me in comparison.

I like the idea of new because of warranty with no unexpected costs etc. PCP on the car required a 7k deposit and higher monthly payments.
I've got my eye on the TT as it's a car I've always wanted, not that I'd like to be pulled into a bad deal to get it though. I've looked quite a bit but if anyone can help me find a better offer on this I'd be extremely grateful. It's slightly over my budget that I'd feel completely comfortable with but as it's pretty much my dream car...

The ROTR for this car is £30,665,00 though so £12628 total would be 41%?I feel so clueless

That is a terrible price for the TT.
You can get an Alfa 4C from Unity Oxford for ~£300 a month if you move fast. A ~£50k car, prettier, significantly faster, and better badge than the TT.
Dealership is Alfa Romeo Unity Oxford. Contact Lauren on: laurendavis@unityautomotive.co.uk.

That Alfa is significantly out of my budget but thanks anyway. I just need help locating a better deal for this TT. What would you guys expect to pay on a 30k car in terms of leasing?
The Alfa is only ~£20 a month more than the TT... not even half a tank of petrol...TT = £29k car...
Alfa 4C = £52k car...
