Greenhouse/Outhouse/Conservatory???

All:

Along the gable end of my house (approx. 30'), I want to put an "outhouse"... but I don't know what it's called!!

What I want is a cross between a big greenhouse (say 30' x 15', sloping up to perhaps 10-15' high), built-off the wall of the gable end of the house.... This would be a la Kew Gardens and the like's hot-houses!!

Naturally, 'Conservatory' brings up typical 'conservatories', whereas 'Greenhouse' brings up typical, standalong 'greenhouses'...

So - what is it I want? Anyone recommend a place to get them (am in the North of England)??

Orangerie?

Although that will probably just bring up mega expensive posh conservatories.

Orangerie - or, apparently a non-French spelling 'Orangery' !! - is exactly what I'm looking for - thanks!!

A quick Google shows that lots of Restaurants have them :-), lots of villas in France have them - but I whittled it down to Orangerie+Conservatory and am on the scent!!

Go down the local Polytech and find a few students who want to make a few $’s. Speaking as some one who has worked designing things for the last year (just a little longer perhaps) we always found that ordering things as standard was an expensive was to get the job done and you rarely got exactly what you wanted or the kind of quality we aimed for.

I would particularly suggest second year students from civil engineering courses.

From experience at Nottingham Uni, which has a good CE faculty, the students that climbed trees/statues/walls/ornaments/bridges whilst p*ssed were nearly always CE students.
