to be fair, if your water breaks at home or in a Harvey Nichols store it doesn't make that much difference, indeed it may be useful to be around people who could help you out (i.e. call for an ambulance etc).

It is not about the chance that you might be in that particular shop and you go into labour and there are people there to help, but deliberately going there to use your pregnancy to achieve financial gain.

And no doubt their children will be brought up to believe they can get something for nothing too.

Yet another reason never to have kids, they would have to interact with these parasites.

Wouldn't be able to tell the pregnant ladies from the fat ones, and after someone decided to shit themselves whilst a collegue was serving them i'd be more likely to think they pissed themselves anyway and chase them out of the store with a mop.
