Maybe the case that the owner has said he is going to scrap/ banger it and has been told it's too good for that and is giving someone the chance to save it ? . Ridiculous price though.

Very odd.
I know the price of P5's has risen a little of late, but I think he needs to remove a nought from the price. Definately a fruit loop.
