2006 T5 Gearbox overhaul

A bearing is starting to get progressively noiser in my 5 speed 1.9 2006 transporter, its now done 197000 miles!
Has anyone used a gearbox specialist they could recommend to do a decent recon job?
I plan to remove it myself, somewhere near south wales/bristol would be good but not too bothered about arranging a courier.

Have used 3d transmissions in Reading on a good few occasions and never had cause to complain. Whilst not local to you they can collect.
