Where on earth........

Is the Speed, plod and Law forum (is that what it's called)? I needed some advice!

I got a speeding ticket last saturday. I've only just remembered that I need to go and pay it and drop my licence into my local constabulary by the end of today - problem is I'm away from home and too hungover (over the limit about three times at the mo) to drive back to sort it out.

1)What shall I do?
2)Am in more trouble?
3) Whickey or gin?

For some reason It wasn't there, so I logged. It still wasn't there for some reason.....al fine now though!

(no sign of Lucan though, dammit!)
