help!!!! again

Me again!!! Sorry
Just had the geep looked over for problems prior to the respray and there are a couple of things that have been pointed out that i need urgent help with
1/ Front wheels are splayed out (that might not be the right way of putting it) When you look at them from the front the upper edge of the wheel is closer to the body than the lower. (Hope this makes sense) Every thing, tracks rods, suspension etc seems tight. Is this a) ok? b) normal c) repairable???
2/ What are the normally tracking angles for Geeps??
3/ Is possible/easy to fit brake servos to Mk2 escort geeps??
4/ Does anyone have or know where i can get
a) a stiff choke?
b) a rotary dash mounted switch (off/side/dip)?
thanks in advance for your help
Gary
(Pics will be available soon to see what i mean)

As far as I`m able to help here goes;
It`s normal for the front wheels to "splay out" as this aids stability and gives balanced handling/steering.
Its not recommended to fit a servo `cos of the light weight of the Geep.......have you got braking problems? My mk1 based has drums all round and no servo and they will lock on tarmac.(I did have to put a seal kit into the master cylinder, but its not expensive and well worth the effort)
For switches etc, Europa spares are as good as any. Hope this helps, I`m sure you`ll here from Techsec re the tracking etc.

I have checked out your pictures and the camber angle on the front wheels is correct.
The tracking settings on any Jago can either be set as per the original Escort but if this causes sensitive steering then try the 1/8 inch toe out (1/16 each side) which has been known to (contrary to expected) stabilise the way a Jago drives/steers.
Servos on Geeps/Sandero's are a no no due to the weighting of the vehicle and folks that have done so have found the landscape rotating on occasions.
Worth checking out the FAQ page on the tech site www.joctechnical.org.uk

While you are getting stuck in to the technical stuff make sure you do the push rod modification, I did it on yellow peril and she stops as well as anything I've ever driven - previous Jago did not have the mod and while she allways stopped I was never confident in her.
Any mk 1 or 2 choke should be ok, check that yours does not lock with a "twist" most do.
