http://apiln.blogspot.co.uk/2017/02/poop-down-my-b...I always read the local Gazette ( middle aged 45 year old- or am I now??) and its quite amusing what some people write/get round up about.
It makes me feel better in that I couldn't give a flying f
k that there so upset about the no entry on that road or whatever else but in some ways I am envious that they have such petit / minor stuff to be concerned about.
If they had actual serious stuff on there minds than I am sure most of them would be on high dose Diazepam or SSRI!

The page has been covered before, but it is amusing how the local media go to get their story.
I sent a photo to our local council, via their Facebook page, of the poor effort the road sweeper had made of our old residential close. And asked why they had chosen to come around and do the piss-poor job of road sweeping at 6.30am on a Monday morning.
Almost immediately after I had posted the photo, at 7.20am, I had a reporter contact me on Facebook asking if I wanted them to contact me for a story in the next edition of the paper and if I minded them using my photo. Naturally, I declined, but they were clearly keen to get some content!
